What would it take for you and me to start over today and present a new born being to the world in which we live? Nothing! Yes, nothing. You see this new being has everything it needs to be fully productive and to fulfill every little desire. What prevented the old being from doing just that? We bought the social consciousness whole sale. We gave our undivided attention to what the world deem to be possible. The new being would not do that. The new being would give no recognition to the social consciousness. There would be no should(s) in the thought process of a conscious Child of God; and that is what the new being would be. It may seem that making changes to your life and creating happier times may be out of the question. Trust me, it is not; is easy to change your life with a little commitment to doing the five simple steps outlined in this article. Over the span of this life time, I have seen these steps work wonders in the life of quite a few people, and they have worked for me. Most people live their lives at the level of the throng, going along to get along, never soaring although dreams of excellence dance in their heads. Life is meant to rise above the ordinary and become extraordinary in not to be mired in the swamps of mediocrity. That is not to say that everyone must be a Hollywood star or a famous athlete. What is demanded by life is to be a victor right where you are everyday. The song from my childhood grabbed hold of my memory and would not let go. It ran over and over like the scratch in an old vinyl record would; that repeating sound that would impel you to move the needle. I’d be in the kitchen hand full of soap, listening to the record player in the living room, when it would hit a scratch and repeat the same notes over and over for what seemed like an eternity before I’d dry my hands and get to it to nudge it over a notch past the repeating notes. That’s how the song was, repeating and repeating, so I knew it wanted to say something more than the words were saying on the surface. I used to believe the story being retold by those lyrics. I no longer hold as true the teaching and yearning which informed the repeating song. Yet here I was singing it and swaying to its rhythms as I moved about the house. That song, a derelict from the past I’d thought I’d release so very long ago, was running and running through my mind. I know how to change thoughts...

Silence is of inestimable value in creating the place of change we are destined to inhabit. As our silence grows, so does the attributes of the One Being into whom we are transforming ourselves. Most of us are not yet capable of being in the Silence for extended periods of time. That is as it should be at this point in our development. Although, we may meditate for long periods of time, our moments of true Silence are very brief. Every second of linear time spent in true Silence is vast in the change it brings and the momentum it builds in our ongoing expansion. Each second of true Silence adds to our store of Silence and makes it easier for us to achieve that ultimate Silence in which we know ourselves as One Being. Everything we have or want to have we brought into this incarnation with us. Before we entered incarnation, we made packages stamped with our own timing, as to where in our journey of expansion, we will open them. They are all available now and making them physically manifest greatly depends upon our consciousness of what is possible. We make different choices along the way about opening our packages. Some we open quite early in our development, and a few treasured ones we open late, so that we can have the joy of experience with which to use them. Our manifest destiny is of our own choosing from within the vast storehouse of the many mansions of our Fathers House. It is taught that desire is from the Father, and we would not have a desire unless we also had the wherewithal to make that desire tangible within our physical world.
