 Silence is not the absence of sound, but the sound of absence. Absence of hate, anger greed, vengeance, envy all of which are deleterious to our wellbeing. Let us allow silence to be a vital part of our lives. We live in a world plagued with division. This division was intended to be differentiation on this third dimensional plane. But we are extremists, pushing every boundary to see if we can create limits. The only limit we have created is division. The very division we used to define ourselves as who we are and who we are not.  From the definition that, we are lonely individuals struggling to make it through the day, streams every pain we've experienced collectively or individually. The space where we can remember we are the ones causing this division is in the silence. The din surrounding our hectic lives helps us to forget we connected and inter-connected.   This part of the journey is interesting to me. I am about to step into something which I've avoided for many years, and it is totally unfamiliar to me. I am about to stop waiting to be discovered and get on with the work for which the guardians stopped me from leaving this plane. The work is so imperative, yet I am still reluctant to name it. "Stop dancing around and say what must be said," whispers my soul. Often our purpose is not known to our everyday waking self; thus, the best that can be done is to work on the next task that is presented to us. My next task is to make myself available as a channel to individuals who may choose to avail themself of the healing energy I channel.    While I stand as a channel for this healing energy, restoration is an individual choice and a willingness to accept the premise on which the concept of energy healing rests.   Many years ago, in the middle of my spiritual quest, more likely near the beginning; I was experiencing strange grotesque images in the hypnogogic state while falling asleep at night. The hypnogogic state is that space between being fully asleep and wakefulness. Usually, this state of consciousnesses is extremely swift. However, I tend to spend quite a bit of time there and sometimes have intense experiences leading to greater spiritual expansion for myself. Everyone passes through this space, often it is so swift it goes completely unnoticed. Night after night these grotesque images would come floating in and out of my vision from every direction, right to left, up to down and vice versa. I was not frightened by them but curious as to who and what these distorted figures were.
