Commercial Wisdom



I often watch television, mostly sports. For years now, I have noticed how much the language of spirituality has crept into commercials for many different products. I had compiled a list when I first started noticing this phenomenon. Alas I don’t remember what I’d labeled the list and will not now search for it; simply because a fresh one has caught my eye. I now quote a part of that fresh new look at the wisdom hidden with my latest commercial.

 “…I am the end of your search… when you dream, you are dreaming of me…” from a car commercial as seen on TV.

When I think of spiritual activity within the affairs of humans one of the first words that comes to mind is Search. Some people aspiring to discover their connection to their innate divinity describe themselves as seekers; they are engaged in a search. The ultimate find in this search is a path that leads to intimate contact with the Divine within themselves. This culmination is the ‘of me’ part of the commercial.

“When you dream, you are dreaming of me.” The dream spoken of can be thought to be the yearning in every heart is for sustained contact with the Divine. Isn’t it grand that this yearning is identified and clarified as the divine self within each and every one of us. 

Whenever I see these snippets of wisdom during the course of a game I am watching; I am reminded of my purpose for being on the planet. Whatever the outcome of the game, whether my team wins or loses; I am uplifted by any commercial containing a pearl of wisdom.

The teachings are everywhere if we would only look.

 On Friday May 27th, 2022, I went to the hospital to have an MRI done on my head, the reason for this procedure was to let my doctors and NLPs know what was happen within my scull with the errant cancer cells that had wandered into my head and was surgically removed in November of 2021. Before they put me into the machine, they had to inject me with a contrast for their own reasons. Well, the nurse in the MRI center could not get my vein to cooperate; so, I told him " I have a port". He was not trained on accessing ports, thus they had to get a certified port specialist. For over two hours they were unable to find such a person in the entire hospital. Finally, they found such a person working in the ICU and could be spared for the few minutes it takes to access my port and attach the necessary implement through which the contrast would flow into my body in order for the MRI to be properly done. When Moses encountered the “burning bush” in the wilderness, he asked it who it was. He asked the question after the speaking burning bush told him to go free the slaves in Egypt. First of all you or I would have high tailed it away from the fire, or at least when from words started coming from the fire. We would have known better than to stay and have a conversation. But let us say that Moses was brave and he held a conversation with something not have human form. Okay! I am granting that he spoke to something. I am also granting that that something told who it was. What I am not granting is the reporting as told in the Bible. The exact quote from the bush in that book is “I am That I am. Here is the exact quote from the King James Version, “ And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am : and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you. ” Even my online grammar checker does not agree with that. We Can Heal

I have been seeking to understand all that is happening on our planet. I believe in the goodness of a Universe of Love. I understand that all events are precipitated from consciousness. I also know that there are millions of Light Workers around the world who are seeking peace with all they understand. Thus the great amount of violence, physical, mental and spiritual is pushing me to seek the underlying meaning from a spiritual perspective.
